Using concrete as a building material. I am thinking that undersea habitats could be built for humans to live in. This being the case I think the first under ocean city should be built near the North Pacific Gyre. Our purpose would be to reclaim waste plastic and after molding pellets into bricks they can be shipped topside for level 5 incineration if nescessary destroy contaminant that have been absorbed by plastics. I am thinking annual cost should be budgeted at 150MIL. What do you think. Is this a workable solution?
